Summerlin Homes for Sale

Very detailed report, I do appreciate you sharing your market area report with us.
Renee
Looks like the listings are skying in Summerlin. Have a major (productive) week.
Renee ~ looks like a lot of listings.. We seem to have a lack of inventory in some towns... Are there a lot of foreclosure and short sales in your market? A very interesting report.
Anthony: You are welcome!
Tom: Ditto to you :)
Joan: LOTS of foreclosures and short sales!
Renee, with all those listings, all you needd are buyers. Hope the month ends successfully for you.
Renee, Your absorption rate table has been considered the standard for all the years I been involved with real estate. So many homes were built in the Las Vegas area. That certainly says something for LV's demand.
Steve
Rebecca: Thanks for stopping by! Yes buyers retreated - just a smidge after the tax credit expired.
Steve: Let's hope this keeps up as we head into the winter months!
OH OH.....an increase in inventory with a reduction in sales. Guess where it'll happen next. :(
Leolinda: Feeling it already. Had an area in Mtns Edge tagged as a "declining market" last week. Buckle your belts!
Renee - Only you can get the response you get on your market reports. You are so good at it and it is pleasing to the eye. That with all the graphs.
Hi Renee, Still no clear evidence of where we are heading here in our area but at least you are getting things under contract. Guessing the rates are still playing favorably and with the low values it seems all most to too good not to get something as soon as possible before the costs go up.
Renee - It looks like Summerlin might be headed into a stable market in Las Vegas NV.
Renee, have a wonderful week..I like finding out how other areas are doing in real estate...thanks
FORTUNATELY, we are still somewhat stable in my are. Prices have adjusted but that was SO needed, in my opinion. Yes, you do get a bevy or remarks on your stats!
Renee - Hoping the Pendings move up. We are experiencing a dip here in pending sales. "Fortunatelly I have all my feathers numbered for just such occaisions" Cheers from Foghorn Leghorn here in NC
Great pictures. One thing I miss living here is we rarely get good thunder storms.
Renee,
Summerlin is steadily heading towards a stronger seller's market, per the months inventory count, just when you thought it would be the other way around. Oh, well!
Thanks all for the comments on Summerlin!
