In the section under 2010 you have two 2009 dates. Is that the date you wanted to use? It is good to see that sold properties is up.
Nice to see things picking up, you rock!
Renee - Nice area. Just under 5 months that seems good to me.
Do you think the apparent inventory is a natural indication of this market or more a matter of lenders drip feeding their REO?
Renee, please come to TN and do my market reports.
Renee I agree with Tammie - come to VA and do our reports - your reports are among the best I've seen - the work of a real local expert
Hi Renee, Your markets have picked up over the past few months. But I see that the prices are still really depressed. Do you think with all the investors that are buying out there, that rents will also be depressed for for a time. Or are the rents holding along with the sales increases.
Renee - Wow, sold units up +25 in Summerlin Las Vegas NV is great.
Renee, Great report as usual, I hope most of those solds were yours, you are the Vegas Diva!
Nice, nice graphics - it makes the whole thing POP.
Summerlin looks like it is taking off well again; love those community names
Nice job Renee summarizing what is going on in the Summerlin Real Estatate market. I hope you are kicking some butt:)
Holy Moly 12 comments on a market report when my average is three! Thanks all for the comments!
Cal: THANKS GOOD EYE! Will revise!
Steve: as always, drip feeding. We are on an IV here, LOL! Less investors are purchasing at trustees sales right now with the tax credit expiring and buyer pool thinning. We will be seeing more REO in the near future.
Tammie & Karen: LOLOL! Maybe I should be "for hire" in the market report department. All my graphs are pre-set so I just plug in 411!
William: MOST EXCELLENT POINT!! Our rental prices ARE getting diluted from the amount of rental homes being bought. Also many renters have turned into buyers in the last several years. Couple that with our extremely high unemployment and we have not many incoming residents as we used to!
The month's inventory reversed itself and is heading more towards a seller's market again.
Pulled July Stats already and I am amazed that summerlin inventory is even lower!
