The months of inventory looks o.k.  i would like to see a little bit more supply in my area.  Have you seen a slight drop off in craziness since the tax credit expiration?

Hi Renee...love you number of home under contract...how things have changed from last Summer in Vegas.

You certainly know the real estate market in Vegas.

Renee,

Summerlin is close to being a stable real estate market based on the absorption rate. Hopefully the rest of Vegas will get there soon.

Doug:  Yes I have seen a drop off.  Next month's market report is showing another increase of 44 units!
