The months of inventory looks o.k.  i would like to see a little bit more supply in my area.  Have you seen a slight drop off in craziness since the tax credit expiration?

I needed to come back here and check in and get inspiration to do more reports. It worked. Yours are so cool.

Doug:  Yes I have seen a drop off.  Next month's market report is showing another increase of 44 units!

Everyone else:  Thanks for the comments!
