Renee:  So many short sales and it is not letting up....we're the same here.

Renee - great post and information. There are a lot of short sales and REO's and we are seeing  more in this area as well.

Renee, are your traditional Sellers being swept under the carpet by this activity, they're seemingly diminished though your market remains extremely strong.  A pricing perspective showing year over year would be a fabulous insight for me.  Great informative posts Shack Diva, lovin' it!

Only 29% are non-distressed sales--shocking stats, Renee!  I know you're glad to see the supply dropping though.  That is GREAT news for you guys.  I read an article this morning that we're headed for short-supply here soon.  Honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing some new construction again.

Renee....I love you but I hate your graphs!  How did you do that?  I need to do graphs like yours!

Renee,

Short sale listings are coming on strong and soon they'll likely overtake REOs in sales.

Renee, I love how you change up the graphs and keep things fresh.
