Wow..this has to be good news for this area, along with the sold homes over half the chart represents pending sales and that's s good sign that market "might" be starting to recover. I sure hope so!
Renee, I'm glad you posted this today. I often worry about posting my market reports too late for the month prior.

Hi Renee...Great Market Report..Only two months inventory, wow Vegas home buyers better move quickly before price start to Jump up again.

Renee - Another great market report for The Lakes in Las Vegas NV, it's awesome that everything is in the positive since last month.

Looks good through April, with all categories improving. Hopefully May can keep it up.
Russell: All I hope for is continued stabilization to stop this ship from sinking!
William: Never!! I pull my stats on the 15th and that gives me a time to recover from the end of the month closes and gives agents who are a little slower time to get those properties "closed out". As long as you are not posting them months later I think it still paints an accurate picture of your market!
Jeff: We will see if it is still "good news" after all of the tax credit closes!
Fred: Wished you could have joined us in vegas too!

Adam: They won't with as many short sales that we have in our market - unfortunately!
