Renee, looks like things are improving, which is great...although I am sure you would have loved to seen solds increase!

Hi Renee....the Lakes area of Vegas is Hot, look at all those sales under contract...soon price will start to move up too. Las Vegas Home Buyers sitting on the fence will soon find choices a lot more limited.

Steady does it. The Lakes didn't take a dip like the citywide numbers for January did.
