- Under Contract (2/15/2009): 599
- Sold January 2010: 109
- Month's Inventory: 6.2
Since Last Month's Report:
- Listings UP +30
- Pendings UP +47
- Sold Units DOWN -57
Hi Renee.... It looks like the sales will soon be taking over the number of listings as this area of Vegas becomes more noticed...now go put up lots of Sold Signs today:O))

Am I right in assuming Summerlin has lots of new inventory?

Renee, 6 months of inventory. It has gone up from last month's 3.9 figures....that's a big change.

Besides "solds" easing a bit, other activity shifted gears up.

Tom: Summerlin has quite a bit of pre-boom builds so it is a little more "stabilized" than some of the newer areas with less shorts!
David: We had a great selling month in December. Dropped off for Jan and then I expect more of the same for Feb. Pendings are flying through the roof so spring will be strong!
