- Under Contract (1/15/2010): 238
- Sold December 2009: 76
- Month's Inventory: 2.6
Since Last Month: Listings are UP +10, Pendings are UP +20, Sold Units UP +30. I do plenty of community market reports and I must say that Southern Highlands saw one of the biggest changes in the last several months of any of the communities I watch!!
I like the pie chart. I need to add that to my market weekly update for Ocean City.

Ralph: It's in transition again. I used to hit my BPOs with everything ranging from 1-3%. Now some adjusted prices are ranged 10-20%. Not sure if we are moving up or down yet but we are in transition. How's that for a neutral as Switzerland answer ;)
