Looks like things are moving for Silverado, yippy!! I really like the re-blog you did for the Military, great info to get out there.
I have been so busy this last month that I haven't been on much. I hope you and your family had a great Christmas and will have a great New Year with lots of business in 2010. I am taking another commercial listing today, I am also trying to get things done before I go on vacation In Jan. I have 3 different investors interested in the office condos I have listed, the birth center I leased is in full construction mode and off we go 2010!

Things slowed down some at Silverado Ranch. Pretty much expected, though, considering the time of the year.
Tom: LOL, they do actually! Most homes sold "conventionally" are trustee flips if they are recent acquisitions, FHA is out of the question.
