598 under contract, that has to be good news! BTW I laughed out loud when I saw your picture riding that BULL!!! You know you really do ROCK! Have a great week!
Wait a minute...every time I login in here your picture changes...How do you do that?
Renee, I agree with Russell. You change your picture as often as my wife re arranges my den furniture.
Renee, see Russell's comment! LOL!
Hey, I need to talk to you offline about our idea I ran by you. Think sign. I never did get your email. Can you send me what you were thinking again?
Renee, thank you for the update. It seems like a lot under contract for only 149 selling this month. Are these short sales?
Renee,
Summerlin looks like it is holding it's own. Any place could be better but it will come. I like the new picture, but I like the one from yesterday too.
Renee,
Nice new pic for the Holidays. Great numbers for summerlin. Have great Christmas.
Renee - I love the new profile pic! Are a majority of the homes under contract in Summerlin Las Vegas NV REO's, short sales or both? 598 is a lot of homes. Happy Holidays!
Renee,
Solds are down a bit, but still looks okay for this time of year. Merry X-mas and Happy New Year to your family and them pets.
LOL @ Russell, Frank and Bob: Sorry I was having a mini identity crisis this AM :)
Guy: Not as bad as the rest of the valley but yes, that is why we don't see these things closing.
Tom: As I said above, mini identity crisis :)
Debbie: And a Merry Christmas to you and yours too!
Michelle: A mixture of all (including normal/standard). Summerlin is one of the largest master planned communities in the US so the numbers are actually low. Luckily it was around before "boom time" so many stay put!
Esko: Yup, I am expecting December's numbers to mirror November's however!
Renee - I did not know that about Summerlin. I live in a "pre-boom" community, so most of my neighbors are staying put as well.
