Renee:

First off....GREAT post on your market! I love the pie charts....easy to read and look good too!

Moral to the story, from what I see, short sales don't seem to happen, but the REO's do. So sad...

If only our government would do something other than give money to the banks....but really help the people that need it.

The new American motto? Lose your house? Bummer!

Sounds like your local folks are lucky to have a pro like you in their community.  This just drives home my point that ...

Charles:  Thanks for stopping by again and Merry Christmas to you too!

Thom:  The funny thing is that we were only hovering around 200 units a month on short sales for several years until about May and we have increased every month since!

Nevin:  Everything is unbelievable about this market :shaking head:

John:  Oh I have a video out now, check out the open house!  I will be doing lots of videos, so many people wanted it and they will get it, LOL!

Renee,

Short sales in October were 16% of total sales, then in November they are 43% of total listings. They obviously are not moving that well.

Renee - Wow, I really expected your market to be more similar to mine when it comes to the percentage of short sales, REO's & others.  Very interesting.
