Charleston Heights looks like another great community. I can't wait to get out of this cold weather one day soon.

Renee, Let's hope these Pendings close soon. It's still warm up in my neck of the woods, must be nice in vegas.

Hi Renee,

Off topic, but I've been wondering if Vegas has timeshares?

Renee, I like the way you include links to previous posts in your market reports! I hope things are improving in your part of the world.

Tom:  We are in the process of cooling down - from the 90s to 70s.  I am a desert rose so I have my portable heater ready.  Don't laugh!

Debbie:  We are supposed to be 20 degrees cooler today.  We will see!  I am ready to turn off my AC!

Ardell:  Yes, they do!

Russell:  Thanks!  We are seeing market shifts.  REO is out and Short Sale is tres chic!
